James Victor Gbeho biography: James Victor Gbeho is a Ghanaian lawyer and diplomat born on 12th January, 1935 in Keta, Ghana.
James Victor Gbeho has served as President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission since 2010. From 1997 to 2001, he was Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. From 2001 to 2005, he was the Member of Parliament for the Anlo constituency. He has served as foreign policy advisor to the government of President John Atta Mills.
James Victor Gbeho is a member of National Democratic Congress.
