Appiah Dankwah biography: Appiah Dankwah is a Ghanaian actor, musician, sound engineer and producer from Ghana.

Appiah Dankwah was born on 12th March, 1977 in Accra, Ghana.

Appiah Dankwah studied at Ebenezer Secondary School in Dansoman. He learnt the basics of sound engineering at Fredima Studios Adabraka, Accra.

Appiah Dankwah grew his expertise at Fredima Studios in Accra before moving to Kay’s Frequency at Asylum Down. In 2003, he moved to Kampsite Studios at Dansoman SSNIT. In 2006, he put up his own studio called Creative Studioz at Dansoman Sahara. His style of music is versatile and has recorded several genres of music including Reggae and Afro-pop. He is also the organizer of Appietus Idolz. Appiah Dankwah has represented his country before in some international programs including WOMEX 2013 in Wales, UK and Worldtronics in Berlin, Germany, 2012.

Appiah Danwkah has won several awards including several awards at the Ghana Music Awards. He won Best Recording Engineer in 2006 and 2007 Ghana Music Awards. He won the Ghana Music Honours 2015 Best Music Producer and Sound Engineer Award, Sun Shine Music Awards 2010 Best Sound Engineer Award and the UK Ghana Music Awards, Best Sound Engineer in 2008. He has also been nominated a number of times.
